Finance Assistant at Pad-up Creations

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the finance department with daily operations, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth running of all finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial documents, reports, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support in payroll preparation and expense reconciliation.
• Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with audits and financial reviews.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
