Position Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with a strong background in the manufacturing industry and expertise in data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing business models, conducting financial and operational data analyses, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production volumes, operational data, and financial metrics to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and update financial models and business plans to reflect current and projected performance.
• Provide scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Support pricing strategies through in-depth margin analysis.
• Provide recommendations on key performance drivers to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely alerts on deviations.

Job Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in data analysis, with proficiency in leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
