Job Description

• We seek experienced Field Sales personnel (male and female), skilled in selling products under our businesses, identifying prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction, transitioning potential individuals / Businesses into long-term active customers, and constantly seeking new opportunities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Sales strategy to attract potential customers
• Close new deals at a high rate
• Build relationships with customers
• Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
• Travel throughout the region and visit customers on a recurring basis
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
• Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

Requirements
Do you have what it takes to be successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related Diploma / equivalent work experience.
• Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential clients and drive to develop opportunities from prospect level to deal close.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, excel.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
