• Hands-on in transmission, civil, power, radio and antennas
• Reads drawings and troubleshoots on site
• Rigorous daily reporting and strict HSE discipline

All candidates

• Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Telecoms, Electrical/Electronic, Civil, or Computer Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willing to travel extensively and work in rural locations
• Unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and integrity
• Solar or hybrid telecom power experience a strong advantage
