Job Summary:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing technical equipment and systems at client locations. The individual will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth functioning of construction-related equipment, systems, and services. This role requires extensive travel to project sites and interaction with clients to provide technical support and solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain construction equipment, interior systems, fixtures, and related technologies according to project specifications.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing immediate solutions to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Client Relations: Liaise with clients to provide guidance on equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and technical upgrades.
• Testing & Calibration: Perform routine testing, calibration, and adjustment of equipment to meet safety and operational standards.
• Reporting: Document service activities, including maintenance schedules, issues resolved, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Training: Provide technical training to clients and junior staff members on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to support the smooth execution of client projects.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage tools, spare parts, and service materials to ensure availability for prompt service delivery.
