    Field Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to manage the sales, marketing, and distribution of our products to retail stores and outlets.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring timely delivery and visibility of our products across assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective retail stores within an assigned territory.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
    • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability, proper display, and brand visibility.
    • Execute in-store marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product activations to drive sales.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and retail locations for product placement.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company pricing and policy guidelines.
    • Manage and track distribution logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
    • Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within FMCG, distribution, or retail sectors.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with assigned territory and local retail landscape is an advantage.
