Job Purpose:
The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for driving sales and expanding the Bakers Choice product presence in assigned districts within Lagos. This role involves building relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, ensuring product visibility, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. The FSR will play a critical role in increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty through excellent service and strategic sales initiatives.
