    Field Sales & Marketing Officer (Agro Products)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell our fresh farm produce.
    • Identify potential customers in the foodservice industry, including hotels, restaurants, and wholesalers, and actively pursue sales opportunities.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our agro products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
    • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
    • 3 years proven experience in sales and marketing within the agro product industry. Strong knowledge of fresh farm produce, including fruits, vegetables, and other agro products.
    • Familiarity with the foodservice industry and a solid network of contacts in hotels, restaurants, and wholesalers.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and close sales.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence purchase decisions. -Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
