Job Description (Summary)
As the Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across your designated territories. You will work closely with customers to maintain and build strong relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure product visibility in stores. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strategic mindset to identify and exploit new sales opportunities.

Required Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. | Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. | Ability to analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement. |
