Field Sales Agent (SaaS) at Workforce Group

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Field Sales Agent (SaaS) to drive the adoption of a cloud-based business management solution among businesses across Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, building client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through field prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value of the SaaS solution to prospective customers.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and customer handover.

Requirements

• 1 – 3+ years of experience in field sales, sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Experience selling SaaS, software, technology products, or B2B solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
