    Field Onboarding Officer

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Field Onboarding Officer in Abuja. The Field Onboarding Officer will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and supporting informal retailers in accessing our financing solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the front lines of financial inclusion and make a tangible impact on the lives of small business owners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct field visits to identify and onboard informal retailers onto the Hadi Finance platform.
    • Educate retailers about our inventory financing solutions and the benefits of partnering with Hadi Finance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
    • Collect and verify relevant documentation from retailers to facilitate the onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of onboarding procedures.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Provide regular feedback to management on market insights, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
    • Achieve monthly targets for retailer onboarding and revenue generation.


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with the retail sector in Nigeria and an understanding of the challenges faced by informal retailers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Abuja and surrounding areas.
