Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Marketer to join our team. As a Field Marketer, you will handle promoting our products/services within a designated geographic area, building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales. 
• You will work closely with our sales team, distributors, and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans to achieve business goals.
• Build and keep relationships with key customers, distributors, and influencers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops.
• Find and take part in relevant trade shows, events, and conferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the marketing team.
• Manage and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly sales revenue targets within the designated geographic area.
• Lead Generation: Minimum number of leads generated per quarter, with a conversion rate in %.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct a minimum of an agreed number of product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops per quarter.
• Market Share Growth: Increase market share within the designated geographic area by an agreed % year-over-year.
• Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of an agreed % or higher, based on quarterly surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in field marketing or a related role.
• Proven record of accomplishment of success in driving sales revenue growth and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
