As the Field Marketer, you will drive user and property onboarding by engaging property owners, realtors, and agents and assisting them to list and manage their properties on the company's AI-powered property platform.
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard property owners, realtors, agents, and individuals with properties to list on the platform.
Conduct field marketing activities to generate leads and drive platform adoption across assigned locations.
Guide new users through website navigation, property listing, and platform features to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Follow up with onboarded users to encourage active use of the platform and resolve basic navigation or usage challenges.
Complete daily check-ins, clock-ins, clock-outs, and activity reports through Microsoft Teams while meeting assigned onboarding targets.
Requirements
1–2 years experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate websites and learn new digital platforms quickly.
Strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, intuitive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
