Qualification: Applicant must be a BSc or MSc Holder with Computer Knowledge. 

• Coordinate with supervisor and field security to develop field strategies and initiatives.
• Assess and evaluate team activities and individual performance
• Fill knowledge gaps through additional training and professional development programs
• Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals.
• .Monitoring field activities on a daily basis 
• Compiling daily activities and reporting on a weekly basis. 
• Directly reporting to the team lead.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
