Field Loan Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description
- We are currently seeking Field Loan Officers with a minimum of 2 years experience in a microfinance institution.
Responsibilities
- Grow existing and create fresh markets hence increasing loan customer base.
- Liaise with the line manager to provide detailed forecasts and action plans for the growth of the market / business.
- Source for Market women and men to take loans to promote their businesses.
Requirements
- Minimumum qualification of OND.
- At least 2 years experience in a Microfinance institution.
- Ability to multitask.
- At least 2 years experience in sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
