• You will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations at our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other construction specialists.
• Handle on-site incident and issue resolution.
• Maintain project logs and documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Communicate status updates to project managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at various project sites as required.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
