We are looking to engage a Commissioning Engineer, who will Manage the interface between Engineering and Construction as to technical problems arising during construction mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases, by providing adequate technical support.
Verify congruity and competencies detail and construction engineering with a view to the execution phase;
Cooperate with the Commissioning Manager in the commissioning engineering preparation phase and to technically support this activity in the execution phase.
Provide technical support to Construction Supervisors in the technical analysis of project documents and in the solution - either directly or through the Engineering Service assistance -of technical issues arising during the construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases;
Implement, after the Project Engineering Manager's approval, engineering changes and update project documents (red mark-up) both in progress and final;
Play a coordination role in solving technical problems onsite; he notifies the event to the PEM and cooperates with him in finding the right solution, resorting to his direct knowledge of any possible aspects and impacts on construction;
Support the CM and EM in the drawing up of contract specifications for erection activities;
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering and Master's Degree in Engineering
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of the major engineering and design software;
Strong experience to manage a large workforce with diverse backgrounds, and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including third-party contractors and JV partners;
8+ years experience in Field Management for large/medium EPC projects;
