Key Responsibilities

• Create, present, and produce engaging video content for the company's social media and marketing platforms.
• Serve as the face of the brand in property tours, interviews, promotional campaigns, and corporate events.
• Develop creative content ideas that increase audience engagement and generate leads.
• Conduct on-site property walkthroughs and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and media team on content strategy and campaign execution.
• Write scripts, captions, and content briefs for videos and social media posts.
• Stay updated on social media trends and content best practices.
• Assist with live broadcasts, events coverage, and client testimonials.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Theatre Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, presenting, broadcasting, or digital media.
• Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of video production, editing, and content planning.
• Creative, energetic, and confident personality.
• Ability to travel within Abuja and surrounding locations for content production.
• Experience in real estate content creation is an added advantage.
