Pivotage Consulting - Our client, a Real Estate company located in Lekki, Lagos is in need of a Field Agent.

AW/001/FA

Salary: 60k monthly +Commissions 10% of sale + 15% to 20% on rentals

Location:  Lekki, Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing current clients and also bringing new ones.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRMENTS

• 1-2 years proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Must be able to drive and have a valid licence.
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
