Female Front Desk Officer at BSL Express

Position Details

• Taking orders from customers
• Receiving items from customers
• Taking inventories
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
• Attend to enquiries
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files.
• Take up other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
