Job Summary

• We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor (Feedmill) to oversee feedmill operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production processes.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily feed production operations and supervise production staff.
• Schedule shifts and monitor staff attendance.
• Ensure effective maintenance and smooth operation of all feedmill equipment.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished feeds.
• Implement process improvements and adopt relevant new technologies.
• Train staff on safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and usage records.
• Work with supervisors to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
• Lead and motivate staff to meet performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and feed production regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc. Degree / HND qualification in Animal Science, Animal Production & Health, or a related discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in feed-mill or agro-processing production.
• Strong technical knowledge of feed formulation and mill operations.
• Strong Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production documentation.
