Farm Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor at Beacongate Limited

Job Description
We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to fill the sections below:

• Farm Supervisor (Layers Section)
• Farm Supervisor (Broiler Section)
• Farm Supervisor (Pig Section).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned livestock section.
• Ensure animal health, hygiene, and welfare standards are maintained.
• Supervise farm workers and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Monitor feeding, vaccination, and production schedules.
• Keep accurate farm records and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or relevant agricultural qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing layers, broilers, or pigs (depending on the role).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
