About the Role

• Our client is seeking hardworking, reliable, and disciplined individuals to join its production team as Factory Workers.
• The successful candidates will support day-to-day factory and production activities while following established safety procedures, production guidelines, and instructions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or similar industrial environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production and factory operations as assigned.
• Follow instructions and established production procedures carefully.
• Adhere to all applicable workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Assist with production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain discipline and punctuality while carrying out assigned duties.
• Work effectively with other members of the production team.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Follow shift schedules and work additional hours when required.
• Learn and adapt to assigned production processes and tasks.
• Report any production, equipment, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Carry out other duties related to factory and production operations as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or similar industrial environment is an advantage.
• Candidates with tailoring skills have an added advantage.
• Candidates with mechanical skills have an added advantage.

Work Schedule

• The role operates on a shift basis:

Monday – Saturday

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Sunday: Overtime

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, or
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Location Requirement:

• Candidates should preferably reside in Agbara, Ogun State, or its immediate environs, considering the location and shift requirements of the role.
