Factory Quality Control Analyst at Value Edge Management Service Limited

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company\'s Quality Management System (QMS). 
• Establish and monitor quality control standards and procedures for all stages of the manufacturing process. 
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. 
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma) to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality certifications (e.g., ISO standards). 
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D departments to address quality-related issues and improve product design. 
• Prepare regular quality reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement initiatives. 
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify opportunities for enhancement. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in quality control and manufacturing.

Requirement

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical), Quality Management, or a related technical field is required. 
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is essential. 
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality certifications is mandatory. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are crucial. Proficiency in quality control software and statistical analysis tools is highly desirable.
