As the Factory Planner, you will develop production schedules, optimize inventory levels, and coordinate manufacturing activities to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with sales forecasts
Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement
Optimize capacity utilization and reduce downtime
Track production performance and generate operational reports
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in production or factory planning
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems
