Factory HR Manager at Fadac Resources

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Factory HR Manager to join our team. The Factory HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our factory operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the factory.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for factory staff.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration for factory employees.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving employee engagement and retention.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and supervisors.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
