Factory Assistant at Mulitbond Ventures Limited

Summary of Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and preparation of production equipment and machinery for daily operations.
• Support the production line by ensuring timely supply and replenishment of materials and components.
• Participate in packaging, labelling, and inventory management of finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area by adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
• Help with loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the factory premises.
• Report any irregularities or equipment issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification with 0–1 year of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (experience not mandatory but preferred).
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and manual handling practices.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
