    Facility Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
    • Facility Management: Manage facility staff, including janitorial, security, and maintenance personnel.
    • Space Planning: Coordinate space allocation, layout, and utilization.
    • Vendor Management: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for services and repairs.
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and organizational policies.
    • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Education: HND or B.Sc in Building Technology, Electrical or Estate management and related courses.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing buildings and facilities.
