Facility Officer at H-CUE Catering

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and repairs of all company facilities, including buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and safety of all facilities.
• Evaluating and delivering cost-efficient maintenance services on recommended physical repairs, replacements and improvements to property.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies for all facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct periodic inspections to examine the conditions of facilities and ensure that maintenance contractors/technicians adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in facility-related projects as assigned.
• Participate in inspections and property walk throughs with personnel from regulatory bodies.
• Participate in the development/ update of contingency plans in the event of disaster or damage to the facilities as well as Planning and monitoring the planned preventive maintenance schedule.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with facility management software, tools, safety regulations and building codes.
• Physical ability to perform inspections and oversee facility-related tasks.
