Job Summary

• The Facility Officer is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and cleanliness of all Beaconhill Smile Group facilities.
• This includes performing routine maintenance and repairs related to electricity, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and general infrastructure.
• The role demands a hands-on, proactive individual who ensures that the clinic environment remains operational, safe, and presentable for patients, staff, and visitors at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repairs:

• Perform basic electrical tasks including replacing light fixtures, outlets, switches, and troubleshooting power issues.
• Carry out minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining washroom facilities.
• Service and troubleshoot air conditioning units, ensuring optimal climate control in clinic areas.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns or hazards.

Facility Upkeep:

• Ensure all equipment, fixtures, and fittings are in good working condition across all clinic locations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests or incidents to minimize disruption to clinical operations.
• Coordinate with external technicians or vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Monitor and manage utility usage to support cost-effective operations.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure that maintenance practices adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Identify potential hazards and address them proactively.
• Maintain records of repairs, service reports, and equipment warranties.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
