Job Summary
- This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional with strong experience in HVAC, refrigeration systems, and facility operations, who can ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and efficient facility performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage facility operations and preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee refrigeration, air-conditioning, and HVAC systems
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance activities
- Monitor equipment performance, energy usage, and system uptime
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and technical standards
- Support facility teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in facility maintenance or HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC systems, and safety standards
- Experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or FMCG sectors is an advantage
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
