Facility Manager Operations (Agbara and Ota) at Global Placers

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs for assigned properties.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Supervise maintenance teams, technicians, and service contractors.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify faults, risks, and improvement areas.
• Coordinate and monitor vendor services, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost control, and expense reports.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance in all properties.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders for smooth property operations.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance schedules, service logs, and compliance report.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. / HND in Facility Management, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in property or facility management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and building operations.
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with CMMS, MS Excel, and maintenance reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of building services and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and statutory requirements (Fire Safety, Environmental
  Laws, etc.).
• Financial planning and budgeting skills.
• Customer relationship management.
