Facility Manager at First Excelsia

Our client, a 360 degree marketing firm, is looking to hire an experienced and competent Facility Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Facility Manager will ensure the day-to-day operations of their office facilities run smoothly and support a productive, positive atmosphere for their employees and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Oversee office space planning and layout changes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage office security systems and emergency preparedness
• Maintain inventory and ordering of office and facility supplies
• Support office events and assist with logistical needs for marketing activations
• Manage budgets related to facilities and report on expenditures

Person Specification:

• Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Facility Manager, or in a related role
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
