Facility Manager at Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc

Requirements

• B.SC/HND in facility management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning, contract management. and project management.
• Ability to work With various computer applications and facility management software

Experience:

• 5-7 years

Key Competencies:

• Ensure all bank facilities are well-maintained and safe.
• Coordinate routine inspections and maintenance tasks of all facilities
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers
• Oversee building maintenance, security, and office renovations.
• Coordinate with senior management, vendors, contractors, and government
• agencies regarding the placement, expansion, renovation, or closure of bank facilities
• Ensure all facilities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
