A leading Christian Secondary School is looking for a Facility/Maintenance Officer to join our team in Ogun state.
The Facility/Maintenance Officer is responsible for the effective maintenance, continuous improvement, effective performance and safety of all school facilities. Ensures smooth and efficient facilities services to the school whilst maximizing facilities performance and optimizing facilities and maintenance expenses against pre-agreed targets.
Inspect school facilities for the purpose of ensuring that all facilities are suitable for safe operations, and maintained in an attractive and clean condition. Perform cleaning and special custodial work as required. Plan, schedule, and perform preventative and ongoing maintenance tasks for the purpose of ensuring equipment is in proper working condition.
Maintain knowledge regarding methods of industrial cleaning, safety practices and procedures and health standards and hazards.
