Job Overview

• We are seeking to hire both male and female Facilities Supervisors who will oversee and manage Facilities Coordinators and other site personnel.
• The role requires assessing and managing safety risks within the workplace, providing clear instructions to the team, setting performance goals, and ensuring that projects and daily operations are executed efficiently through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide leadership to Facilities Coordinators and site staff.
• Ensure all facilities are properly maintained and operations run smoothly.
• Assess, identify, and manage workplace safety risks and hazards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to the team.
• Set goals, track progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as required.
• Prepare and submit reports on site operations, maintenance, and project updates.
• Address and resolve issues or escalations from site teams.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management / Estate Management or a related field from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 7 years of industry knowledge is strongly desired.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations.
• Experience in managing residential apartments.
