As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, functionality, and overall management of facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment that supports high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and service coordination
Supervise vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality facility services
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all facilities
Monitor utilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and facility improvement plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management
Professional certification such as IFMA, NEBOSH, or related is an advantage
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, health & safety standards, and vendor management
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
