Facilities, Assets & HSE Manager at Majeurs

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities, Assets & HSE Manager to oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of its facilities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems are functioning optimally, while maintaining a safe and conducive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and management of the facility.
• Handle basic electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Carry out plumbing maintenance, including fixing leaks, pipe systems, and water supply issues.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technicians when necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report regularly to management.
• Support general administrative and operational facility needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates should possess a OND or HND in a relevant field with 1–3 years’ experience in facility management or a related role.
• Strong electrical and plumbing skills are mandatory.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
