Extecutive Driver at eStream Networks

Job Purpose

• To safely transport staff, documents, goods, and visitors to designated locations while ensuring vehicle maintenance and compliance with traffic regulations.
• Key Responsibilities Driving & Transportation Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and materials as scheduled. 
• Plan routes to ensure timely arrival and avoid traffic delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.Vehicle Maintenance Conduct daily checks on vehicle condition, fuel level, tires, brakes, and cleanliness.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and coordinate servicing with the admin/logistics team. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance. Safety & Compliance Ensure passengers wear seatbelts and follow safety guidelines.
• Keep vehicle documents, insurance, and permits valid and up to date. Report accidents, incidents, or violations immediately. Administrative Support Assist with running errands, delivering documents, and handling basic logistics tasks .  
• Main tain a professional and courteous attitude with his boss and clients at all times
