    Expression of Interest (EOI): Vendor Registration for 2025/2026 Financial Year

     Introduction

    Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO) is an internationally recognized non-profit organization committed to delivering quality Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), Child Protection, Education in Emergencies, WASH, Livelihoods, and Reintegration services. TPO operates across Nigeria, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), supporting vulnerable populations and promoting resilience through community-centered interventions.

    In preparation for its procurement activities for the 2025/2026 financial year, TPO Nigeria invites reputable and qualified vendors, service providers, and contractors (new and existing) to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification in the categories listed below.

    TPO/EOI/005 Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs (tyres, batteries, jumpstart cables, fire extinguishers, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/006 Generator Supply, Repairs, and Maintenance
    TPO/EOI/007 Hotel and Conference Services (accommodation, halls for training, workshops, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/008 Supply of Petroleum Products (AGO, PMS)
    TPO/EOI/009 Insurance Services (personnel, property, vehicles, goods-in-transit, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/010 Vehicle and Boat Hire Services (saloon cars, pickups, minibuses, speedboats, canoes, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/011 Provision of Security Guard Services
    TPO/EOI/012 Catering Services and Food Vendors (meals, tea breaks, snacks, refreshments, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/013 Facility Maintenance Services (electrical, plumbing, structural repairs, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/014 Supply of Office Stationery (paper, pens, folders, staplers, files, flipcharts, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/015 Supply of Cleaning Materials and Consumables (detergents, disinfectants, toilet rolls, bottled water, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/016 Audit and Tax Consultancy Services
    TPO/EOI/017 Monitoring and Evaluation Consultancy Services
    TPO/EOI/018 Supply of Agricultural Items (seeds, tools, fertilizers, farm kits, irrigation materials, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/019 Supply and Installation of Solar Energy Systems (panels, batteries, charge controllers, inverters, solar streetlights, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/021 Supply of Games and Sports Equipment (indoor/outdoor games, jerseys, footballs, volleyballs, nets, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/022 General Supply Services (household items, dignity kits, mosquito nets, NFIs, etc.)
    TPO/EOI/023 General Contracting Works (minor construction, rehabilitation, water system installation, fencing, etc.)

    Eligibility and Pre-Qualification Requirements

    Interested companies must provide the following documentation:

    • Cover Letter indicating the category reference number(s) and description(s) of interest (maximum of three categories per vendor).
    • Detailed Company Profile including Registered business address and physical office location, Official email and phone contacts, Key contact person
    • Valid legal registration documents: Certificate of Incorporation (CAC), FORM CO2 and FORM CO7
    • Current Tax Clearance Certificate and TIN
    • Proof of previous experience in selected category (minimum of 3 reference letters, job completion certificates, or contracts from recognized clients/organizations)
    • Evidence of operational presence in the location(s) of service delivery (especially for work or services)

    Additional Information

    • TPO Nigeria is exempted from VAT but complies with Nigerian tax laws and obligations.
    • Only shortlisted vendors will be contacted and invited to participate in TPO procurement processes.
    • TPO reserves the right to physically verify the existence and capacity of selected vendors.
    • This call does not constitute a contract or commitment, nor does it imply any obligation for financial compensation.
    • Expression of interest documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the relevant Ref. Number(s) and Category Name(s).
