ICAP at Columbia University, New York is a global health leader since 2003, ICAP was founded at Columbia University with one overarching goal: to improve the health of families and communities.
Together with our partners—ministries of health, large multilaterals, health care providers, and patients—we strive for a world where health is available to all. To date, we have addressed major public health challenges and the needs of local health systems through 6,000 sites across 30 countries.
ICAP is currently implementing the TMEC/RISE, TRACE and CQUIN projects funded by USAID, CDC and Bill and Melinda Gates in Nigeria and we are in the process of creating database of prequalified vendors and service providers under different lots for the new fiscal year.
This advert seeks to invite interested vendors/suppliers and service providers (including our current and previous suppliers) to submit a written response (“Response”) for the provision of the underlisted services to ICAP Nigeria. The solicitation provides prospective vendors with the relevant operational and performance requirements. All organizations expressing their interest should have physical office/presence in Abuja, Nigeria to be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for consideration, interested organizations must provide the following mandatory details:
Evaluation and Selection:
A technical panel will be constituted to review the EOI, and shortlist organizations based on the criteria listed above.
Only organizations that satisfy the Pre-qualification requirements will be pre-qualified and contacted.
Interested organizations are encouraged to send in any request for clarification via email to icap_procurement_ng@cumc.columbia.edu not later than 3 working days to the bid closing date.

The EOI Number “EOI-ICAP-**-**-21” should be boldly written on the top right corner of the Pre- qualification submission envelope, while the name of organization expressing its interest should also be
clearly written on the rear of the envelope.
Late submissions will not be considered or accepted.
Note: This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of ICAP to appoint any organization nor shall it entitle any organization to claim any indemnity from ICAP.
Importantly, all costs incurred by bidders because of this process and any subsequent requests for information shall be borne by the bidding organizations. This would include any costs incurred during
functional demonstrations and subsequent meetings and negotiations.
