    Experiential Activation Manager

    One of our sister company (a 360 suit marketing agency) focused on driving value by working with our clients across all phases of their marketing life cycle, from strategy development to all areas of execution through a variety of platforms such as advertising and in - trade promotions. Madison and  Park is hiring an Experiential Activation Manager who has what it takes to grow businesses.

    Job Description

    • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Managing relationships with clients and suppliers
    • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Plan projects from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
    • Come up with suggestions to enhance the project’s success
    • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
    • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
    • Coordinate all operations
    • Lead promotional activities for events
    • Supervise all Event suppliers
    • Approve all aspects before the day of the event
    • Ensure projects are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
    • Perform requires administrative duties (e.g. contact reports, financial reports, project results etc)
    • Manage a large range of event types to build brand reputation and generate leads for internal and external clients

     Location
    The role is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

     Requirements

    • B.Sc/BA in PR, Marketing or related field
    • Minimum of 5-8 years working experience in a BTL agency
    • Ability to pay attention to details
    • Skilled in project management
    • Knowledge of project management
    • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Customer-service orientation
    • A team player with leadership skills
    • PMP certification is also a plus
