Job Summary

• We are seeking courteous, energetic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating where required.
• Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage options.
• Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and according to established service standards.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond politely to guest requests, questions and complaints.
• Process bills and payments accurately where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar and other F&B team members.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health standards.
• Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate.
• Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
