Job Summary

• The Office Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for staff,documents, and goods.
• The role also includes basic vehicle maintenance, adherence to road safety regulations, and supporting general office operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company staff to and from meetings, site visits, and official engagements
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tyres, brakes)
• Report mechanical issues and arrange servicing when required
• Keep accurate travel and vehicle maintenance records
• Comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
• Assist with basic office errands and support duties when needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or office setting
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
