Job Summary

• We are seeking a courteous, reliable, and professional Hotel Porter to join our team.
• The Hotel Porter is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities, and ensuring a welcoming and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with carrying and transporting luggage to and from their rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Assist with loading and unloading guest belongings from vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms when required.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions, transportation, and hotel facilities.
• Support the front desk and other departments as needed.
• Ensure guest safety and security by following hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and carry luggage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
