Job Description
- We seek an Experienced Builder with a proven track record in delivering real estate, malls, and high-rise buildings. The candidate must be registered with professional bodies in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management – Oversee planning, execution, and timely completion of projects.
- Site Supervision – Ensure quality construction and adherence to approved designs.
- Regulatory Compliance – Follow Nigerian building codes and maintain proper documentation.
- Cost Control – Optimize resources and prevent financial mismanagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Building Technology or Construction Management.
- Registered with professional bodies in Nigeria
- 10 years experience in large-scale building projects.
