Exhibition & Logistics Manager at Tribe Nation Theatrical Distribution (TNTD) Limited

• As an Exhibition & Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's logistical and exhibition activities. Your responsibilities will include booking and managing exhibition schedules, collating box office data, and managing and maintaining relationships with cinema partners. Our ideal candidate must have at least three years of proven experience in this role, or five years in any other sales or administrative role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of film exhibitions and distribution logistics.
• Manage relationships with exhibition venues, ensuring optimal scheduling and placement of films.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely and effective promotion of film releases.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient distribution of films to various markets.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery and availability of distribution and marketing collaterals.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, sub-distributors, and exhibition partners to secure favourable terms.
• Analyse logistics performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Address any logistical issues or challenges that arise, providing effective solutions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to film distribution and exhibition.
• Lead and manage the Exhibition & Logistics team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment in line with our company's vision and values.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

QUALIFICATION:

Our ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or a related field;
• 3-year proven experience in film exhibition, or 5-year proven experience in sales, administration, or logistics roles;
• Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships are an added advantage;
• Must reside in Lagos;
• Must have completed NYSC.

SKILLS:

• Strong attention to detail;
• Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, with emphasis on Google Sheet;
• Proficient in the use of calendering and event scheduling tools;
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn;
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
• Excellent time management and organization skills;
• Ability to work with minimal or zero supervision.
