    Executive Secretary

    Description

    • Our client is in need of a qualified candidate for the role of Executive Secretary to head its secretariat.

    Responsibilities

    • Overall leadership of the secretariat
    • Management of financial and Non-financial records
    • Work with the AON's National Executive to develop a strategic plan for the Association
    • Act as Chief Liaison Officer for the organisation.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree or equivalent
    • 10 years cognate experience at executive level within the Aviation sector.

    Competencies:

    • In-depth knowledge of the aviation sector - locally, regionally and globally
    • Conversant with industry policies and best practices
    • Leadership and organisational skills
    • Computer proficiency
    • Excellent community skills.

    Remuneration
