Job Summary

• A leading organization in the Marine & Offshore Services sector is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Director while overseeing secretariat coordination, travel & immigration processes, and facility/estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
• Draft and review high-level correspondence and reports
• Coordinate executive/board meetings (agendas & minutes)
• Oversee facility and estate operations for the Executive Office
• Manage visa applications, renewals, and immigration compliance
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service providers

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND
• 5+ years relevant experience in executive support
• Strong MS Office proficiency
• Experience handling travel & immigration processes
• High level of confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
