Remuneration: N100,000 – 120,000 (subject to experience)
Job Summary
The Executive/Personal Assistant will provide direct support to the CEO by managing official and personal schedules, setting up appointments, plan, organise, coordinate and control all administrative, strategic, financial and operational procedures, activities and documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in order to build trust and cultivate relationships with clients, co-workers, and the executive;
Content development and client engagement across all social media platforms
Keep all projects on schedule and coordinate the workflow of all parties involved in execution.
Represent the CEO by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive as required.
Act as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external clients, interacting with them in a professional and timely manner:
Respond to information requests, preparing the necessary documentation and ensuring follow-up actions; and
Conduct research; prepare reports and presentations on behalf of the executive.
Carry out personal errands that may be assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
Minimum BSc/BA/HND in Early Child Years Education or related discipline
Minimum 2-3 years post qualification experience with at least 2 years in a similar
position (interest in early years child development will be an added advantage).
Proficiency in the use of Social Media platforms, Microsoft Office tools and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
